Excessive USA Southwest Heatwave Sets off Fires.

One threatens an oil refinery and crosses the Expressway in Santa Barbara, another in central Arizona  blew up from 3 Acres to 3 Square Miles (640 times the smaller size) on Wednesday... but that's not all!
